A study of weather in Germany: Sept 06 – Sept 07
Regardless of the risk of sounding like a total dweeb, I’m going to publish this blog anyway. I’ve been complaining about the weather since moving up here in last July. It didn’t help that I had became a Californian wimp after a few years, so that basically any place that didn’t have 300 plus days of sunny weather is considered a “bad” place to live, weather-wise. To prove or disprove my theory that Germany has crappy weather, I started noting down the weather and keep a weather journal. A note of warning… this is NOT a scientific weather study, but my experience of what the weather has been from Sept 06 – Sept 07. Here’s a graphical representation of my weather log. I have taken 336 data points, out of possible 365 days of the year, so a fairly sizeable sample. I can provide the raw data too, for those weather enthusiast or dweebs like me. :) What’s your take on this? Should I stop crying so much about how bad the weather is in Germany?

Su-Chun, that's awesome! I'm very impressed by your determination.
Do you have a temperature chart too?
Do you have a temperature chart too?
Nope... but I probably should have.. :)
Imagine what I can do with the same determination on something more productive....
